Hemlock Resort is a quaint alpine community and family winter recreation resort high above Harrison Lake in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. Outdoor activities include downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, a terrain park, and a tube park.

Hemlock Valley is one of the best kept secrets in the British Columbian lower mainland, and consistently has one of the best snowfalls in South Western B.C. Due its low elevation and close proximity to the ocean the depth of the snowpack at Hemlock Resort depends on a pattern of sustained cold weather.

Please note that all vehicles travelling here in the winter are required to carry tire cables or chains as the road to Hemlock Resort is a mountain road and conditions can change quickly and dramatically. Carrying a shovel and safety flares is a wise precaution as well. Drive safely and with caution, and bear in mind that a sunny morning can turn into a full-blown winter storm by the end of the day.

Hemlock Resort ski area is located 8.5 miles (14 km) north of Highway 7 from Harrison Bay, 60 miles (100 km) east of Vancouver (2 hours). From Vancouver, take the Trans-Canada Highway 1 east to Agassiz (Harrison Hot Springs exit) and follow Highway 9 through Agassiz to the Lougheed Highway 7. Continue west to Morris Valley Road, turn north and follow the signs to Hemlock Resort.
